1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BetaFud, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
BetaFud provides restaurant-focused software for order capture, menu management, extras, reporting, staff operations, subscriptions, and related business workflows.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for account security, staff access controls, and activity performed under your workspace credentials.
4. Billing and payments
Subscriptions and paid tools are processed by supported payment providers. Access to paid features may be limited when payments fail, expire, or are reversed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
6. Data and content
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted business data, pricing, and customer communications in your workspace.
7. Third-party dependency
Some features rely on external providers (payments, email, SMS, hosting). Service behavior may be affected by those providers.
8. Liability limit
To the extent permitted by law, BetaFud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.
9. Changes and termination
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary for security, compliance, or product direction.
